Coconut Creek is a private subdivision that sits just in the south east corner of Marsh Harbour. This is one of the few privately gated communities in the Marsh Harbour area. Grocery stores, schools, doctors offices and other necessities are a 5 minute drive into the main part of Marsh Harbour. Along with having the airport positioned about the same distance away. The subdivision allows for full beach access to land owners with a 10ft right away. There are a few homes already built in this community and and the size of the lots allow for perfectly fit residential houses with lawn space to accompany. All lots are single family in the subdivision. It is NOT permitted to build a duplex or triplex on any lot.
