JOHN PINDER

John Pinder is a direct descendant of the first settlers of Hope Town and Cherokee Sound in Abaco. Not only is his heritage deeply nestled into these islands, but his heart and passion for the Great Abaco’s. He has been an active member in the community since a young age. He is a member of The Hope Town Volunteer Fire Rescue, since a cadet at twelve years old. 

For a few years, John left home to further his education and broaden his understanding of the world beyond our island paradise. While exploring abroad, he studied International Business & Finance at Florida International University and Schiller University in London, England. He received his Series 3 National Futures & Commodities Broker License and has held different positions in the hospitality industry. These experiences have sharpened John’s logistics, management, sales and marketing experience. He has since returned home with his wife Karina, two children; Valentina and Astor, two potcakes, a macaw and can be found sailing modern and traditional sailboats whenever possible.
His experience and local connections will aid his clients in making informed decisions and create smooth transactions. John's extensive knowledge of the Abacos will assist his clients in finding the perfect vacation home, investment property or private island.
