Blue House is perched on a ridge with breathtaking ocean and sunset views. Initially built as the main lodge to the Buttonwood Reserve condos, the home features a spacious bedroom and a generous great room, with sofas and entertainment area with ocean views from every room. Buttonwood Reserve has access to two beaches. On the Atlantic side is a world-class, 3-mile-long pink-sand accessed via a private, golf-carts only driveway. On the Caribbean side of the property is a second beach. This beach is small and rocky, but the water is as calm as a lake and this shore is perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. The resort-style pool is just 50 yards from the house.
