Runaway Hill Inn consists of 11 guest accommodations spread out between the Main House and detached cottages on 9.365 acres with ample room for expansion and future development. It boasts 175' of beach, and the property has a sloping grade with a hilltop elevation of roughly 30'. The Main House is one and a half story building, roughly 75 years old, with 8 guest accom, 4 of which have ocean views. It is also home to the hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant with incredible ocean views. In addition to the Main House, the North Guest Cottage features 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with distant ocean views of the harbour complete with a full kitchen and living room. The South Guest Cottage features 2 separate guest suites, both with the same west facing ocean views overlooking the extensive garden.
